Gorgeous hotel & fairly clean, its location is unbeatable on the joining restaurant downstairs. Exceptional and accommodating staff as one would expect. The breakfast was excellent, we loved lots of meals. We can't recommend it highly enough this property to anyone.

The room was compact, quiet, had a lovely view, and the staff were friendly, there was also internet available.

We wanted more of the view of the Market Square, instead on the very top floor there was only a tiny window and I also thinkl I paid some extra money to have a good view.

The hotel is right on the main square — perfect location. The staff were terrific - nothing was ever too much trouble. All this and free use of the hotel laundry!

We were on the 2md (i.e. the 3rd) floor, a long slog up many steps. The front of the hotel has an elevator, so you could ask for a room in that section. Probably not as quiet as where we were. Woke up in the middle of the night wondering how we would ever get out if there was a fire!

This place was quirky in general with a pleasant staff team. The hotel was in a central setting in the very centre of the city. I was surprised at nearby Malaga Bistro & Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks.

A great thing about this place is that Bazylika Mariacka was just a few minutes away. the hotel's location in the Market Center itself was awesome because you're right in the middle of all the action. During my 10-night stay, I loved having breakfast at the outdoor restaurant. 🍳

The room was lovely modern, had a nice view. An electric kettle, a fridge and a microwave oven were a very nice touch.

The staff here are friendly, and my stay was wonderful with a cozy room that had a kitchenette, right in the heart of the historic area.

It is clean, hated going up the stairs to get to the apartment.

I did not like the way that they kept us waiting when we arrived early before checking time, one person wanted to give us the room early but seems like the other did not. They kept saying we will call you when the Apartment is ready, but they never did, even after 2:00 PM when we were suppose to checking...

I had a fantastic experience staying at this place, it was really good and the location was perfect with both a main market and a local market just a short walk away.

Great location, great value Hotel is right on the main square and an easy walk to the train station. The staff was beyond helpful.... plenty of shopping and dining suggestions, set up tours, and luggage storage. Just a small warning, there is not a lift--- but the staff was more than helpful at getting bags up the stairs If you are looking for a base to explore the city- look no further, you have everything you need right here.
